Job Description: Eazy Grease is seeking a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Admin Support
to join our team in the Wynwood-Miami area. This role is ideal for someone who can effectively support customer satisfaction and daily operations, while often working hand-in-hand with both our operations team and our sales team. It’s important that this person not only enjoys a customer facing position, but thrives in it. Must be able to reliably commute to office on a daily basis, no hybrid or remote seeking applicants. Please note,
all applicants must be bilingual
- fluent in both
English and Spanish.
What You'll Do:
Handle customer service requests effectively and efficiently (input service requests, collect payment(s), correct payment methods, etc.)
Communicate with customers professionally and calmly, even when situations are challenging
Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely and consistent manner
Assist with general administrative tasks if and as needed by management
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills, preferably with a strong customer‑facing background
Comfortable using CRM software ( Salesforce experience is ideal )
Someone who's solution‑focused and action‑oriented
Team player who’s willing to jump in and help where needed
