Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Emmaus, PA, for a Commercial Maintenance Account Manager. The successful candidate will oversee and manage client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the satisfaction of commercial maintenance clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, developing customized solutions, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance projects. The role combines account management, sales strategies, and customer service to foster sustained business growth. Qualifications
Strong skills in Account Management and Sales to develop and maintain client relationships while ensuring retention and growth of accounts. Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs professionally and efficiently. Familiarity with Insurance processes and coverage as they relate to commercial maintenance agreements (preferred but not required). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in the HVAC industry or related technical fields is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required.
