As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how customers discover, consume, and interact with long-form digital content. This is an opportunity to make meaningful impact on a widely used consumer product while partnering with experienced product, engineering, and research teams in a fast-moving environment.

You will focus on evolving validated experience concepts, translating customer insights into scalable design solutions, and delivering high-quality interaction design artifacts that support product execution.

What You'll Do

Interpret qualitative and quantitative customer research to refine interaction design solutions

Iterate on existing concepts and prototypes to deliver implementation-ready experiences

Create user flows, interaction specifications, and advanced prototypes using modern design tools

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align design execution with business and customer goals

Apply systems thinking to ensure design solutions scale across multiple surfaces and usage contexts

Independently manage priorities and maintain high quality execution standards in a fast-paced product environment

What You'll Bring Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing customer-facing digital products

Strong interaction design and mobile experience design skills

Expertise using modern UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma

Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product environments

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces and drive design execution forward

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Systems thinking mindset and experience designing scalable user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing content consumption, media, learning, publishing, or other engagement-driven digital experiences

Experience working on large-scale consumer technology products
