
Marketing Program Coordinator, Continuing Education & Event Experiences

The Program Coordinator is focused on the management of INDG's CPE and CLE continuing education programs to include client and prospect training, marketing virtual events and in-person training and events. Maintains accreditation statuses, processes application payments, and manages compliance for RCH/APA, CPE (NASBA & state-level), and the entire U.S. CLE landscape. Supports the building and execution of accreditation webinars, training and in person related events. This individual will coordinate with stakeholders across departments and deliver excellent customer service.
What you will do
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for accreditation management, compliance, and customer support for RCH, CPE, and CLE
Analyze Continuing Education (CE) requirements, maintain accreditation relationships, and determine programmatic requirements
Manage administrative functions, track events, and respond to customer service inquiries
Secure program materials, submit reports, and analyze data for process improvements
Act as main point-of-contact for sales regarding CE training set-up and execution
Build training courses in virtual platform, manage attendee accreditations, and maintain records
Utilize accreditation delivery platform for certification creation and distribution
Participate in vendor meetings to discuss platform functionality and updates
Process application payments and reporting
Handle other CE and events projects assigned
You need to have
Bachelor's degree and 0 - 2 years of experience with continuing education credit processing, management, and compliance.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing and improving internal processes.
Experience with tech platforms and Microsoft products
