About The Role
BAA is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with strong experience in both print and digital design. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and production processes. This role will support a wide range of projects including packaging, marketing materials, digital assets, event graphics, and more. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling designs that reflect our multiple in‑house brands and resonate with our diverse audience across the permanent makeup (PMU) and beauty space. Responsibilities
Design Development: Create original, engaging visual content that communicates the intended message clearly and cohesively across print and digital formats for multiple PMU brands, including packaging, digital assets, emails, sell sheets, front‑end web design, UX/UI, blog graphics, and print marketing materials. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative team members to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging. Visual Asset Selection & Creation: Use or create brand‑appropriate graphics and assets to design compelling, on‑message campaigns that are outlined in project briefs. Typography & Layout: Select fonts and design layout concepts that align with brand standards, project goals and marketing standards. Provide sample designs for approval and iterate based on feedback. Feedback & Revisions: Present design drafts for review, participate in constructive feedback sessions, and revise work to meet project requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Prepress & Production: Prepare final files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy for output. Brand Consistency: Uphold and apply brand guidelines across all materials to ensure a unified visual identity. Other Duties: Provide creative support on other design needs or initiatives as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. 2‑4 years of professional experience in both print and digital design. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD). Solid understanding of foundational graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and branding. Familiarity with packaging and pre‑press standards. Knowledge of digital platform requirements for front‑end web design, UX/UI, email, and social media. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A self‑starter who proactively drives design projects forward by identifying opportunities, anticipating challenges, and delivering high‑quality work with minimal oversight. Preferred Skills
Experience in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG), retail, or lifestyle brands. Experience working in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus. Familiarity with event design and environmental graphics is a bonus. Physical Requirements
