JOB DESCRIPTION The Field Director will lead the campaign’s direct voter contact program, including door knocking, phone banking, and texting. They will recruit, train, and develop a campaign-owned volunteer base, integrate support from endorsing organizations into voter contact efforts, and ensure that field data and reporting inform campaign strategy.
This role requires flexibility, strong judgment, and a willingness to work long and irregular hours, particularly as the campaign ramps up in April and May. We are focused on making sure that the campaign uplifts and empowers both our organizers and volunteers.
