Part-Time Marketing Assistant – AEC Technology (Remote)
Digital Drafting Systems (DDSCAD) is seeking a
results-driven Marketing Assistant
to support and execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
This is a
hands-on, performance-focused role
for someone who not only creates content—but can
demonstrate measurable results
from their work.
What You’ll Do
Manage and execute
social media strategy and content calendar
(LinkedIn, Facebook)
Plan, launch, and optimize
paid ad campaigns
(LinkedIn & Facebook)
Create and manage
email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
Support
SEO efforts and website traffic growth initiatives
Plan and coordinate
webinars and virtual events
(promotion, execution, follow-up)
Collaborate on
vendor marketing campaigns
(Autodesk, Bluebeam, etc.)
Track and report on
campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI
Provide clear
proof of performance
and recommend optimizations
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in
digital marketing, social media, or campaign management
Proven experience managing
LinkedIn & Facebook ads
Strong understanding of
email marketing platforms and analytics tools
Familiarity with
SEO and website performance metrics (Google Analytics, etc.)
Proven track record of results
(lead generation, campaign performance, ROI) — required
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience in the
AEC industry or construction technology
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a strong plus
Experience working with vendor/co-marketing campaigns
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Details
Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
$22–$35/hour (based on experience)
