A global, industry-leading company headquartered in Rosemont is seeking a highly polished Executive Assistant to support members of the C-Suite leadership team. This exciting opportunity offers a salary range of $100,000–$130,000 commensurate with experience and the chance to work directly alongside senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting executive operations, managing priorities, and helping drive key initiatives within a dynamic global organization and act as an office manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has the ability to pivot quickly and handle sensitive matters with confidence. Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to C‑Suite:

Provide high‑level administrative support to multiple C‑Suite executives

Manage complex calendars, coordinating meetings, calls, and executive priorities

Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics

Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications

Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners

Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Coordinate board meetings, leadership meetings, and company events

Track projects and follow up on key initiatives to ensure deadlines are met

Plan quarterly board meetings and arrange for all logistics and catering.

Manage all office administrator responsibilities for the small satellite office.

Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant to C‑Suite:

3-4 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or C‑Suite executives

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating executive travel

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Highly detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset
