We use that data to power workflows our clients rely on daily: discovering creators and partners, measuring campaign performance and community engagement, tracking brand sentiment, and answering strategic questions with real consumer data.
About The Role As our Founding Growth Associate, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to drive marketing execution, analytics, and operations. This full‑cycle role involves identifying high‑leverage problems and solving them, moving between strategy and execution as needed. Some weeks mean designing and launching a campaign; others mean rebuilding how we track pipeline health or turning a customer story into content that closes deals. You’ll have real ownership over outcomes from day one and broad exposure to every part of how the business grows.
What You’ll Do
Test new marketing channels and campaigns with rigor—form a hypothesis, run the experiment, and help inform what to do next.
Own campaign execution end‑to‑end: brief, build, launch, measure, iterate. Creative support is provided, bonus points if you have a copywriting or graphic‑design background.
Operationalize and systematize GTM processes and turn what works into playbooks the whole team can leverage.
Build and own performance dashboards across all growth levers (marketing, sales, success).
Report to founders and stakeholders—think weekly growth recaps, board prep, and experiment readouts.
Who You Are
2+ years’ experience in consulting, analytical/strategic roles, or at a high‑growth startup.
An executor—you treat execution with the same rigor you bring to strategy, not stopping until it’s actually working.
Highly collaborative—you’re energized by working closely with a lean team.
Comfortable with ambiguity—you stay grounded, flexible, and solution‑oriented as things change.
NYC‑based and excited to be in the office 4 days a week.
