Seeking a highly polished
Client Relationship Manager
to manage and deepen relationships with key institutional clients across the Americas. This is a client-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain strong relationships with
key client decision-makers , ensuring consistent engagement.
Conduct regular client meetings with senior contacts, capturing feedback and market intelligence in
Salesforce .
Serve as a
trusted liaison between clients and senior leadership , helping identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
Partner closely with
Senior Managing Directors, IT, and Marketing
on product launches, campaigns, and key client initiatives.
Provide clear, objective client feedback to internal stakeholders to help guide commercial strategy.
Support regional leadership with presentations, client initiatives, and strategic projects.
What we’re looking for
Strong
client relationship management experience within financial services .
Highly polished communicator comfortable interacting with
senior professionals.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and professional email communication skills.
Experience managing client engagement and feedback through
CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) .
