As the firm expands its presence in New York City, we are building a modern marketing infrastructure designed to support brand visibility, lead generation, and long-term growth.

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to support the execution and operational management of NFI’s digital marketing ecosystem.

This role focuses on paid media execution, CRM implementation and management, website operations, and marketing infrastructure support.

Marketing strategy, analytics, reporting, and overall marketing architecture are led by the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer. This role focuses on implementing systems and campaigns within an established marketing framework.

Role Overview The Growth Marketing Specialist will support the operational execution of Nicole Fisher Interiors’ digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring campaigns, platforms, and marketing infrastructure operate smoothly.

Working closely with the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, this role will implement marketing initiatives, maintain digital systems, and monitor performance across multiple channels.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Managing and updating the NFI website to support portfolio visibility and lead generation

Implementing and maintaining the company’s CRM system and marketing automations

Setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent search traffic

Coordinating with the PR firm to ensure press coverage is properly reflected and amplified across digital channels

Supporting campaign launches by implementing landing pages, tracking links, and marketing assets

Maintaining marketing systems and ensuring smooth operational workflows across tools and platforms

This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, organized, and comfortable executing across multiple digital marketing functions while maintaining strong attention to detail.

In-Person Expectations NFI values in-person collaboration. Candidates located will be expected to work from the NYC studio approximately four times per month to participate in team meetings, marketing coordination, and brand initiatives.

Core Responsibilities CRM Implementation & Marketing Automation Support the setup and ongoing management of NFI’s customer relationship management system.

Responsibilities include:

Implementing CRM structure and workflows based on the marketing architecture defined by the Fractional CMO

Setting up pipelines, tags, segmentation, and automation workflows

Integrating website lead forms and marketing capture points

Testing lead capture and automation flows

Importing and organizing contact data

Maintaining the CRM database and ensuring lead records remain accurate

Monitoring lead flow and ensuring proper routing through the pipeline

Paid Media Setup & Monitoring Set up and manage paid search campaigns designed to capture high-intent design inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

Setting up Google Ads campaigns

Uploading keywords, ad copy, and extensions

Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting bids

Adding negative keywords and optimizing targeting

Tracking spend and pacing against budget

Monitoring conversions and reporting performance

Website Management & CMS Updates Maintain and update the NFI website to support marketing initiatives and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities include:

Uploading and publishing portfolio projects

Creating and updating landing pages

Updating site content and imagery provided by the content team

Maintaining site functionality and performance

Supporting improvements to site structure and navigation

Coordinating with the SEO partner when site updates are required

PR Coordination & Marketing Amplification Support collaboration between the marketing team and the PR firm to maximize visibility from press coverage.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating marketing assets requested by the PR team

Updating the website with new press placements

Sharing press coverage across marketing channels

Supporting amplification of press features through paid and organic channels

Marketing Operations Support Assist with maintaining the technical infrastructure behind NFI’s marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting landing page builds

Testing form submissions and lead capture flows

Managing tracking links and campaign parameters

Organizing asset libraries and marketing files

Uploading campaign assets to marketing platforms

Collaboration Structure This role operates within a structured marketing ecosystem.

Fractional Chief Marketing Officer:

Marketing strategy, analytics, reporting, and marketing architecture.

Content Creator:

Production of visual and video content assets.

SEO Partner:

Search optimization strategy and technical implementation.

PR Firm:

Press coverage and editorial visibility.

The Growth Marketing Specialist focuses on technical execution and operational support.

Required Skills

Experience setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Pipedrive, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)

Experience building or maintaining marketing automations

Familiarity with website CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)

Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics

Strong organizational and operational skills

Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently

Preferred Experience

Experience working with luxury brands, design firms, or lifestyle businesses

Familiarity with GA4 and marketing analytics tools

Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns

Comfortable working within multi-vendor marketing teams
