Production Designer (Digital Media Content)
We are seeking a highly creative and resourceful Production Designer responsible for designing and executing the visual world of our productions, including sets, props, and all physical elements used on screen.
Working from the Director’s concept and treatment, you will ensure that every visual element needed to execute the idea is designed, sourced, fabricated, and ready for production. You will oversee the overall aesthetic of each video, ensuring that sets, props, locations, and styling work together to create visually compelling content.
We produce the most viral videos on the internet, regularly hitting 100M views per post!
Creative Execution
Design and oversee the visual environment for each video, including sets, props, and physical elements.
Ensure all visual elements align with the Director’s vision and overall aesthetic.
Source, design, or fabricate props, set pieces, and visual materials required for each video.
Work closely with the Director to translate creative concepts into practical, camera-ready designs.
Preproduction & Planning
Lead preproduction coordination for sets, props, and production design elements.
Confirm availability of props, materials, set pieces, and locations ahead of time.
Coordinate vendors, rentals, and purchases when needed.
Plan design elements to ensure efficient and smooth shoot days.
On-Set Production Management
Oversee set design and prop placement during filming to maintain visual continuity and design integrity.
Support the Director and crew with adjustments to sets or props during production.
Troubleshoot design or prop-related challenges quickly to keep production moving.
Logistical Coordination
Track all production design materials, purchases, and inventory.
Manage sourcing and preparation of design elements required for each shoot.
Ensure all sets, props, and visual assets are ready for production.
Requirements
Experience in production design, art departments, prop design, or fabrication.
Strong visual instincts and ability to translate creative concepts into physical environments.
Excellent organizational and sourcing skills.
Ability to creatively problem-solve with limited resources.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
