The team currently seeks a
Digital Marketing Coordinator
to drive marketing and communications strategies that enhance the firm’s brand, reputation, and client engagement. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the coordinator will support digital marketing initiatives across events, thought leadership, and client communications — building and executing deliverables including webpages, emails, and social media posts while maintaining the systems and data that power effective campaigns.
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, the coordinator will assist with campaign execution, marketing automation, website updates, and performance tracking, requiring strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to juggle multiple digital projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Digital Campaign Execution
Build and deploy digital marketing deliverables, including webpages, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional assets
Support digital promotion of firm events and thought leadership programs, before and after each
Assist with campaign setup, including audience segmentation, registration pages, and email scheduling
Distribute and amplify content across multiple channels
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
Build and manage email campaigns within the firm’s marketing automation platform
Support campaign segmentation, scheduling, and list management
Ensure emails meet firm standards for formatting, compliance, and accuracy
Website & Digital Content Management
Create and update webpages related to firm events, alerts, and other marketing initiatives
Maintain website content for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
Publish digital content and coordinate updates across marketing channels
SEO & Digital Optimization
Apply SEO best practices across digital properties, including keyword integration, page structure, and internal linking
Manage and update metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) to support search visibility and content organization
Maintain site architecture and taxonomy to ensure content is structured for discoverability and ease of use
Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities to improve search visibility Data & Analytics Support
Track and report on campaign performance across email, website, and social channels
Compile analytics and prepare performance summaries for marketing leadership
Maintain campaign data and ensure accurate tracking across platforms
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing managers, business development colleagues, and designers to execute digital campaigns
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
Support broader marketing initiatives and process improvements as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
3–7 years of digital marketing or communications experience; law firm experience preferred
Fluency with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
Strong project management skills; proven ability to manage competing priorities under deadline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web‑based publishing platforms
Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal and communication skills
