Summary The Creative Producer is responsible for supporting and guiding projects through every stage of production, from concept to delivery. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate pre‑production planning, including script development, scheduling, call sheets, shot lists, budgets, casting, and location approvals. The Creative Producer assists during shoots by managing talent, overseeing script supervision, wardrobe, and set planning, while also liaising with choreographers, photographers, and other contractors to ensure all creative elements align with the project vision.
Additional responsibilities include managing logistics such as wardrobe, set décor, and props, as well as reviewing and providing feedback on video content in post‑production. This role collaborates directly with Producers to bring concepts to life and deliver high‑quality, impactful video content.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with other teams to facilitate the pre‑production process from concepting, planning, production, and delivery
Liaise with other departments to communicate needs for video content, including audio and art
Assist in the development of short and long form scripts, from initial concept through final production
Create and review production schedules, call sheets, shot lists, and budgets
Review and approve casting and locations for projects
Work closely with Producers to help the project vision come to life
Assist during shoots by managing talent, script editing/supervision, wardrobe, or set planning
Liaise with choreographers, photographers, and other contractors
Facilitate logistics such as concepting, ordering wardrobe for talent, set decor, and props
Review video content in post‑production
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (video production, film studies, communications)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Detail oriented and organized, adaptable to tools and processes
Technical Skills and Attributes
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Slack, and G‑Suite
Directing experience preferred
Experience with educational and children’s content is preferred
Experience casting and scheduling talent is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is a plus

The Job Title role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
