Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage in-person and virtual events, including conferences, receptions, and sponsorships Coordinate event logistics - scheduling, setup, materials, vendor communication, and day‑of execution Support technical and live event production (Zoom, GoToWebinar, Cvent, etc.) Track registrations, attendance, and event outcomes; report results and insights Ensure all materials and presentations align with firm branding standards Collaborate with attorneys, vendors, and staff to deliver exceptional event experiences Why You`ll Love Working There
