Our client, a leading organization in the fashion and luxury retail industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the E-Commerce department, working closely with the Business Development team to enhance online brand presence and drive consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for digital marketing and brand management, which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?

Manage and organize digital assets for multiple brands to ensure consistency and quality across all online platforms.

Oversee the trafficking of digital assets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to e-commerce sites and internal teams.

Conduct regular audits of product detail pages (PDPs) on key retailer websites to maintain accuracy and brand standards.

Maintain and update a comprehensive promotional calendar, tracking all online brand promotions and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital launches and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution.

What’s Needed?

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in digital asset management and trafficking, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, and online advertising.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with digital asset management tools.
