
Strategic Partnerships Lead – Outdoor Apparel (Pacific Northwest)

Pearl Global is seeking a well-connected professional based in the
Pacific Northwest
to support business development and relationship-building with leading outdoor and lifestyle brands in the region.
The Pacific Northwest is home to several influential companies in the global outdoor ecosystem, including
Patagonia, Columbia, Prana, Filson, Outdoor Research, Oiselle, Keen , and other emerging performance and lifestyle brands.
This role is ideal for an experienced industry professional who understands this ecosystem deeply and can help
build strategic connections and facilitate sourcing and manufacturing partnerships
between Pearl Global and leading outdoor brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships within the
Pacific Northwest outdoor and apparel ecosystem
Identify and engage with
potential brand partners and decision makers
Support Pearl Global’s
business development and market access initiatives
in the region
Facilitate introductions and conversations with key stakeholders across
merchandising, sourcing, product development, design, and operations teams
Provide insights on
industry trends, brand expectations, and sourcing strategies
Represent Pearl Global in relevant industry forums, meetings, and networking opportunities
Support the exploration of
long-term strategic partnerships
with outdoor and lifestyle brands
Preferred Experience
10+ years of experience
in the outdoor or lifestyle apparel industry
Experience working with or within companies in the
Pacific Northwest outdoor ecosystem
Background in
Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development, Design, Operations, or Supply Chain
Established relationships with decision makers within outdoor or performance apparel brands
Strong understanding of
technical apparel, sustainability standards, and responsible sourcing practices
Key Skills
Business development and relationship management
Apparel sourcing and supply chain knowledge
Product development and merchandising understanding
Strong industry network within the outdoor apparel sector
Strategic thinking and market insight
Compensation USD 130k to USD 170k + Sales Commission (Negotiable)
