
Growth Product Manager, Immunoassay

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher Company, is seeking a Growth Product Manager, Immunoassay to join our Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Business Unit in Chaska. This role focuses on portfolio management and product lifecycle for immunoassay assays and reagents.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end lifecycle management for on‑market immunoassays, ensuring portfolio performance, product continuity, and alignment with business objectives. Drive data‑backed decisions and trade‑offs, synthesizing financial performance, market dynamics, customer insights, and operational constraints to shape roadmap and investment decisions. Lead cross‑functional execution with R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure predictable delivery, compliance, and disciplined governance. Translate Voice of Customer and market insights into strategy, prioritizing opportunities and portfolio actions that drive growth, margin, and long‑term product health. Lead new product introductions and lifecycle extensions from concept to launch, expanding the product line with differentiated or updated solutions that meet evolving customer needs. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science or related field with 9+ years of experience, or a Master’s in Business Administration with 7+ years of experience. Experienced in the life sciences and clinical laboratory industry; expertise in developing and executing portfolio management initiatives in the IVD market. Proficient in complex analytics of portfolio financial performance and market analytics, translating customer needs into actionable results with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Experience
PhD or advanced medical degree. Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic). Project management certification (CAPM or PMP). Lean Sigma experience. Remote work is eligible for this position. The annual salary range is $130,000 to $170,000, with additional bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
