Position Overview

We’re seeking individuals to drive this transformation. We offer a remote work opportunity for a Manager, Global Trade Investigations. This role is part of the Global Trade organization within Pratt & Whitney’s Legal, Contracts and Compliance organization. The position is U.S.-based and the salary range is 107,500 USD – 204,500 USD.
What You Will Do
Support the Global Trade Investigations group by preparing management briefings and reports, maintaining investigations data and records, and providing general investigations and disclosures assistance.
Work with the Global Trade Investigations group and the broader Global Trade organization to prepare and track Pratt & Whitney’s regulatory filings with government agencies.
Develop and maintain reports, tools, and metrics to track compliance data.
Continually enhance and improve Pratt & Whitney’s “Speak Up” culture while acting with integrity at all times.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Global Trade function; or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Global Trade function.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication ability.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and judgment.
U.S. citizenship, due to certain program restrictions.
Qualifications We Prefer
Familiarity and experience with U.S. export, import, and sanctions regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Sophistication in the use and understanding of digital technology tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and balance numerous priorities within competing timeframes.
