What You’ll Do?
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication (email, messaging, and calls)
Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and event‑related logistics

Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and documentation
Collaborate with internal team members to keep projects on track
Follow established workflows and systems to ensure consistency

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic proficiency with online tools (Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools)
