What You’ll Do?

Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication (email, messaging, and calls)

Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and event‑related logistics

Support planning for events, including venues, accommodations, and activities

Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution

Maintain accurate records, timelines, and documentation

Collaborate with internal team members to keep projects on track

Follow established workflows and systems to ensure consistency

What We’re Looking For Required:

Strong communication and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Basic proficiency with online tools (Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools)

Nice to Have:

Experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or administrative support

Familiarity with coordination, scheduling, or logistics
