What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide advanced customer support in a production environment for Momentum Financials

Analyze project documentation and test in non-production environments to deliver timely resolutions

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather and review ticket issues

Collaborate with government employees and technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly

Assist in troubleshooting production issues by analyzing system behavior and recommending solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

US citizen with the ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation upon hire

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Momentum Financials implementations or operations

Knowledge of federal financial processes such as general ledger, budgeting, and financial reporting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior experience working in a government environment

Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
