
Deal Desk Analyst

We are seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join a leading SaaS CRM provider serving financial advisory firms nationwide.
This role supports the company’s revenue operations by ensuring deals are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies. The Deal Desk Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Legal to support quoting, pricing, contracting, and billing workflows while improving deal velocity and operational accuracy across revenue systems.
This is a full-time permanent position offering competitive compensation and benefits. The salary is $60-$80K (based on experience).
Deal Desk Analyst – Remote (EST Hours) Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance with pricing, contracting, and billing policies
Manage Salesforce quoting and contracting workflows for new business, renewals, and expansions
Serve as a subject matter expert on Opportunity and Account data standards in Salesforce
Maintain revenue data governance between Salesforce and billing systems
Handle deal‑related inquiries, escalations, and exception requests
Support operational initiatives and ad‑hoc revenue operations projects
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, RevOps, or a similar role
Experience working in Salesforce, ideally with CPQ and quoting workflows
Familiarity with subscription billing platforms such as Stripe or Recurly is preferred
Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills in fast‑paced environments
