
Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives that support business development and revenue growth within the electronic contract manufacturing sector. The role manages marketing campaigns, social media, and trade show activities while tracking performance metrics to ensure effective results. This position collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to strengthen brand positioning, generate qualified leads, and increase customer engagement.
Responsibilities/Job Duties
Develops and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting OEM customers in the medical, industrial, agriculture, and government sectors, aligning marketing initiatives with company capabilities and sales objectives.
Plans and manages marketing campaigns and content, including email marketing, website messaging, landing pages, case studies, and digital advertising to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Collaborates with Sales to support business development efforts, including account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic customers and alignment of marketing activities with sales goals.
Manages the company’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms, creating engaging content that highlights technical capabilities, certifications, company culture, and customer success stories.
Monitors and analyzes marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, campaign ROI, website traffic, SEO performance, email engagement, and social media analytics, providing regular performance reports to leadership.
Coordinates participation in trade shows and industry events, including event selection, promotional campaigns, booth messaging, marketing materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize return on investment.
Supports brand positioning and market visibility by conducting competitive research within the ECM industry and helping develop case studies, technical success stories, and marketing materials.
Maintains and updates website and marketing content to ensure consistent messaging that positions the company as a high-quality, reliable manufacturing partner.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of B2B marketing experience (manufacturing or technical industry preferred).
Experience in electronic manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, or contract manufacturing strongly preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience managing trade shows and industry events.
Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messaging.
