Associate Manager, Trade Marketing Responsible for driving national, regional and account-specific trade marketing opportunities for FIJI Water.
Job Description You will bring a strong understanding of Retail and On-Premise channels, shopper marketing strategies and tactics, and core commercial principles, including ROI analysis and volume forecasting. Success in this role requires strong initiative, planning, project management, organization, and attention to detail.
Develop and execute trade and shopper marketing programs and toolkits for the U.S. Sales (Retail, On-Premise) team at the national, regional, and retailer-specific level, including consumer sweepstakes, cross-promotions, and coupon programs that support secondary display and drive incremental volume
Develop account-specific point-of-sale materials in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, design teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment to brand standards and customer needs
Support management of the annual trade marketing budget, including tracking spend, processing invoices, and maintaining budget accuracy
Evaluate promotional performance using IRI, Margin Minder, and internal sales data, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness
Create and manage coupon programs, including execution, tracking, and analysis of redemption to inform future planning
Administer and maintain the SharePoint site, ensuring timely distribution of marketing materials to the Sales team and consistent weekly sales communications
Oversee POS fulfillment vendor operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or promotions within Food and Beverage or CPG
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, or external partners; demonstrated ability to manage projects and timelines
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Experience working with creative agencies and external POS vendors preferred
Solid quantitative skills and understanding of basic financial processes, including invoice management and budget tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint or similar tools preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Occasional travel to support sales meetings and account calls
Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
