We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Client Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager. This role is pivotal in driving growth for our IT/staffing solutions business by establishing and nurturing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development, account management, and a deep understanding of the IT Consulting/ IT Staffing industry. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, status updates, and proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for service improvement and expansion of our staffing solutions.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, aiming for organic growth. Conduct needs assessments, propose tailored staffing solutions, and present compelling business cases to clients. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.

Account Management

Develop and maintain account plans for key clients, outlining growth strategies and service delivery expectations. Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular account reviews to address any issues and drive continuous improvement.

Market Analysis and Client Feedback

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Gather client feedback and market intelligence to contribute to the enhancement of our staffing solutions and service offerings.

Collaboration and Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve operational challenges. Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, revenue performance, and business development activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Client Relationship Manager in the staffing industry. Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and workforce dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales and client retention targets. Preferred Skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
