Job Description:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will support customers by phone, assisting them with account-related questions and exploring available solutions. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and involves handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls in a structured call center setting. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure employees feel confident navigating systems, understanding processes, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers
Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
Review customer information and provide clear, accurate guidance
Enter and update account details within internal systems
Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions
Meet established productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Previous customer service or call center experience preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
Dependable with strong attendance and communication skills
Additional Details
Occasional Saturday shift may be required based on business needs
