Paid Media Buyer
to join our dynamic marketing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
across platforms such as Google and Meta. Your expertise will help us drive traffic, improve conversions, and ultimately enhance our brand's presence in the market. This position involves collaboration with our creative team to deliver compelling ad content that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities Campaign Management
Plan, create, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics and optimize campaign performance
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data to meet KPIs
Create and test compelling ad copy and visuals to enhance engagement and click-through rates
Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources across various campaigns
Compile weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
Collaboration and Strategy
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign objectives with company goals
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies that capture audience interest
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative campaign approaches
Requirements
2+ years of experience in paid media buying, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive return on ad spend (ROAS)
Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms
Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work in a team environment
Creative mindset with a knack for developing compelling ad content
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities
