with over 125 years of heritage. Despite their deep history, they are aggressively scaling their digital commerce presence and need a

hands‑on‑keyboard expert

to lead the charge. This isn't a role where you just manage an agency; you are the internal authority on how these iconic brands show up and sell across the world’s largest retailers.

As the

Retail Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager , you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and creative. You will own the full‑funnel performance of our products across major Retail Media Networks (RMNs), with a primary focus on Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Kroger.

Retail Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities

PPC Ownership: Leading the strategy, execution, and real‑time optimization of all retail search campaigns.

Digital Shelf Excellence: Ensuring our product detail pages (PDPs) are best‑in‑class, from high‑converting A+ content to precise SEO keyword integration.

Performance Analytics: Building the dashboards that tell the "so what" story—tracking ROAS, share of search, and category growth.

Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partnering directly with Sales and Brand teams to align media spend with promotional calendars and inventory.

Retail Media & E-Commerce Marketing Manager Qualifications

The "Hands‑On" Expert: You have 3–5 years of experience and have personally managed high‑spend PPC campaigns in Walmart Connect or Amazon Ads.

The Tech Enthusiast: You are fluent in the tools of the trade—Pacvue, Skai, Salsify, or Syndigo—and know how to leverage them to win.

The Analytical Storyteller: You don't just report numbers; you find the "why" behind the data and pivot strategy accordingly.

The Collaborative Builder: You thrive in a high‑energy, in‑office environment where you can walk over to a colleague’s desk to solve a problem in real‑time.

Other Details

Compensation: Salaried position that pays up to a $120k base salary + bonus.
