Force Media is a marketing agency that helps brands grow through social media marketing, video production, brand strategy, and paid advertising. We work with clients across industries, including medical, home services, and automotive.
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to lead content strategy, creative direction, and client communication across multiple accounts. This role focuses on planning content, developing ideas, managing content calendars, and directing production while collaborating with our team responsible for editing, captioning, and scheduling posts.
The majority of your time will be spent ideating social content, pre‑production planning, and directing social media shoots, rather than editing or scheduling posts.
We are a boutique agency that values strong operations and clear communication. This is a fast‑paced environment where organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple client voices are essential.
This position is full‑time and in‑office at our Norcross, GA office, with the opportunity for hybrid‑remote flexibility, based on performance and promotion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media strategies for 10+ client accounts across multiple industries
Concept and ideate weekly social media posts aligned with each client’s brand and marketing goals
Manage and maintain client content calendars
Create detailed production spreadsheets that outline concepts, talent, and production notes
Oversee the production of social media content with our internal creative team
Create creative briefs that provide clear creative direction to videographers, editors, and designers
Sift, organize, and assign footage to the content creation team post‑shooting.
Attend on‑site content shoots with clients when needed
Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and strategic guidance
Ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
Review and approve social content before it is scheduled or delivered to clients
Adapt quickly when client priorities or timelines shift
Create basic graphics
Using AI daily to assist with efficiency and productivity
Assist with community engagement and cross‑promoting clients’ content
Researching and staying up to date on social media trends
These responsibilities are a summary of the majority of this role’s required tasks, but are not an exhaustive list. Additional responsibilities relating to the creative department and adjacent departments may be required.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in social media marketing or content strategy
Agency experience preferred
Strong creative thinking and content ideation skills
Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
Experience managing multiple projects or clients at once
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced creative agency environment
Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and giving direction
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
Comfortable using Canva to create and modify basic social media graphics (no advanced design skills required
Familiarity with modern social media content styles and mobile‑first video creation (iPhone preferred). Including an understanding of camera settings, framing, and vertical video best practices.
