Client Relationship Manager Eagan Building Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to help develop relationships and generate early-stage project opportunities within the industrial and commercial construction market. This is not a high-pressure, full-cycle sales role. Instead, this position focuses on building trust, developing connections, and scheduling qualified project discovery meetings with prospective clients as the first step in the sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, creating long-term professional relationships, and opening doors for future business opportunities. This position is responsible for consistently creating momentum at the front end of the pipeline and will be expected to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs related to outreach, relationship development, and meetings scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and industry contacts including developers, property owners, brokers, investors, architects, and engineers.

Conduct outreach through email, phone, networking events, jobsite visits, and in-person meetings.

Develop familiarity and trust with prospects over time through thoughtful, consistent follow-up.

Maintain regular contact with past clients to uncover renovation, expansion, and future project opportunities and referrals.

Represent Eagan Building Group at trade shows, association events, and community functions.

Track outreach activity, relationship progress, and next steps in the CRM.

Identify qualified opportunities and schedule project discovery meetings with prospective clients.

Provide clear background information to leadership for a smooth handoff once a prospect is ready for deeper project discussions.

Support the company’s visibility and credibility by serving as a professional brand ambassador in the market.

Performance Expectations This role includes clear monthly and quarterly KPI expectations, including activity and relationship-building goals such as:

New Prospects added

Before the Build Meetings scheduled

Weekly Outreach activities

Past Client follow-ups completed

Referrals generated

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, client services, or a similar people-focused role.

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Comfortable networking and representing the company in public and professional settings.

Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
