Girl Dinner Social Chicago Community & Partnerships Manager—
Must be Chicago-based
About Girl Dinner Social Girl Dinner Social is a Chicago-based community built to help women make genuine connections. We're building an app that gives local event organizers and businesses access to a women-only audience — and we're growing our team with people who believe in what we're building.
This is a volunteer role. We're looking for someone who cares about the mission and can show up like it matters — because it does.
The Role You’ll be the first point of contact between Girl Dinner Social and the Chicago community. Your job is to introduce us as a new platform for local event organizers and businesses to reach a curated, women-only audience — bring them on board, and gather their feedback to help us build something they actually want to be part of.
What You’ll Do
Source leads: local event organizers, women-focused businesses, wellness studios, run clubs, and like-minded community groups
Cold email and cold call to introduce Girl Dinner Social and pitch the value of our platform
Gather feedback from organizers and businesses to share with the founding team
Maintain and organize your pipeline in Notion
Join a weekly check-in call with the founder
Who You Are
Based in Chicago — this is a requirement
Extremely organized — you keep your pipeline clean, your follow-ups timely, and nothing falls through the cracks
A self-starter who doesn't need to be chased to get things done
A strong communicator — responsive, clear, and professional in every interaction (this is non-negotiable)
Comfortable with cold outreach and confident in a pitch
Genuinely passionate about community building for women in Chicago
What to Expect This is a volunteer role with real expectations — and we mean that in the best way. You'll have genuine ownership of your work, a direct line to the founder, and the chance to be part of building something from the ground up. We ask for consistent communication, weekly availability, and accountability to your pipeline. If you're someone who thrives on momentum and loves seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll fit right in.
