POSITION SUMMARY/OVERVIEW As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Brand Marketing team and report into the Creative Marketing Manager. You will work closely together with the Creative team as well as the E-commerce, Marketing and Sales Teams to support and build our brands across all customer touchpoints: content, advertising, E-commerce, social media, retail stores and more.
You will support the Creative Marketing Manager with the visual representation of our brands, with a specific focus on online selling and support of our many retail partners.
We are looking for a go-getter who is a quick learner with strong communication and organization skills, who is enthusiastic to be a part of a broader team and to bring our projects to life.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Support the execution of creative marketing initiatives through close collaboration and project coordination, including coordination with global marketing partners and the EU marketing and creative team when applicable.
Support the Creative Marketing Manager by assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects, including digital asset creation
(what are they using for this) , campaign and press materials, and project management.
Act as a key partner in managing projects, improving workflows, and ensuring initiatives are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Support the day-to-day coordination of creative and marketing projects across team, including collaboration with the EU Marketing and creative teams.
Help deliver strong customer‑facing experiences by supporting product launches and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging customer‑facing experiences for product launches, brand initiatives, and collection updates, helping coordinate campaign assets, website and e‑commerce updates, launch materials, and promotional content.
Prepare retailer‑specific and region‑specific launch kits for new products and brands, including images, copy, video assets, and other marketing materials.
Support the creation of lookbooks and marketing materials for press and affiliate partners by developing briefs and gathering materials and direction needed for the materials.
Ensure creative projects stay organized and on track by supporting communication and asset coordination across internal, cross‑functional, and global teams.
Serve as a point of contact for creative design and marketing teams by gathering information, answering questions, and ensuring teams have the resources needed to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with creative production teams to keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward efficiently.
Capture and distribute organized meeting notes to ensure alignment across teams.
Support and coordinate with a network of freelancers by providing assets, information, and project guidance.
Build strong internal and external relationships to successfully execute marketing and product initiatives.
Support the sales team through asset development, creative project coordination, and timely support of product launches.
Build strong internal relationships and act as a reliable partner across marketing, creative, and sales teams, as well as our global teams.
Collaborate with retailer partners to support and execute brand initiatives.
Partner closely with creative teams (graphic designers, copywriters, and production partners) to ensure clear expectations, efficient workflows, and the delivery of high‑quality marketing assets.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION 1‑2 years of Marketing, Communications, E‑Commerce and/or Brand experience working across different communication channels.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Experience working directly with SmartSheet, Brandfolder, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and/or Syndigo a major plus.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
A strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross‑functional internal relationships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and personalities.
Experience supporting or managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Scrappy, game for any task, able to adapt to change, and organized.
Experience collaborating with global teams, effectively coordinating across time zones and maintaining clear communication with international partners.
Process‑driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex tasks.
Creative problem‑solver with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the confidence to contribute ideas and drive projects forward.
Extremely detail‑oriented. No spelling mistakes or brand/messaging inconsistencies get past you.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred.
Interest in cookware industry/cooking is a plus!
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid Schedule: combination of NYC office and Remote
Occasional travel to the Tarrytown office required
Occasional travel to NYC‑based photoshoots and events required
