Salesforce FSL Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Overview A Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into Salesforce FSL solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of field service operations using the Salesforce Field Service Lightning platform. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure efficient service scheduling, dispatching, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirement Gathering • Work with stakeholders to understand field service processes and requirements. • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis. • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Solution Design • Translate business needs into solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce Field Service Lightning capabilities. • Define workflows for:
Work orders Service appointments Resource scheduling Dispatching • Recommend best practices for FSL implementation.
Process Analysis & Optimization • Analyze current field service operations. • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. • Optimize scheduling policies, work rules, and service territories.
Collaboration with Technical Teams • Work with Salesforce developers and administrators. • Support configuration of:
Work Orders Service Resources Service Territories Scheduling Policies • Validate system design and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance • Create test cases and test scenarios. • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing). • Ensure system functionality meets business expectations.
Training & Documentation • Develop user documentation and training materials. • Train dispatchers, field technicians, and business users. • Provide post-implementation support.
