Build and maintain audience segments in Salesforce Data Cloud, including signal identification, Calculated Insights (SQL), and activation to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Partner with Data Engineers to design and maintain data pipelines that power marketing reporting and audience systems. Develop automated reports and self-service dashboards to track campaign performance and key marketing KPIs. Pull, clean, and analyze large datasets (millions of records) to inform audience strategy, segmentation, and revenue opportunity sizing. Monitor and ensure data quality; investigate and resolve data discrepancies across audience and reporting environments. Translate business requirements into precise technical audience definitions and collaborate with campaign managers on complex campaign builds. Required Qualifications
7+ years in marketing analytics, data engineering, data science, or similar analytics roles. Expert-level SQL, including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization with very large datasets. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDP (segment creation, Calculated Insights, activation workflows). Proven experience building audience signals and segments for marketing campaigns. Track record of partnering with Data Engineers on the design and maintenance of data pipelines. Strong background in report automation and dashboards (scheduled reports, automated refreshes, self-service analytics). Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Hive, or similar). Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills. Basic Python for automation and working with APIs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
