Position Summary
Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., a leading provider of services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is dedicated to fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth for our participants. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
C‑Suite Executive Assistant
to join our team. The C‑suite executive assistant provides administrative support to C‑suite executives and senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling : Managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
Communication : Answering emails, managing the executive's inbox, and taking phone calls
Preparation : Creating materials for meetings and presentations, and researching for those materials
Reports : Generating expense reports and other reports the executive needs
Administration : Managing petty cash, processing mail, and tracking office supplies
Serving on behalf : Meeting with clients, returning communication, and relaying the executive's wishes
Representing the company and executive : Serving as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams
Upholding corporate confidentiality : Managing data and creating a secure barrier between sensitive information and potential leaks
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C‑suite executives or senior management.
Experience in the healthcare or community services sector is highly desirable.
Skills :
Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
