Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Brookside Country Club – Macungie, PA Brookside Country Club is seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our agronomy team. This position works directly with the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining high-quality playing conditions for our membership. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and taking pride in exceptional course conditions. Responsibilities
Assist with daily golf course maintenance operations
Supervise and train grounds staff
Apply fertilizers and plant protectants
Assist with irrigation system monitoring and repairs
Equipment operation and course setup
Support tournament preparation and special events
Qualifications
Experience in golf course or landscape maintenance preferred
Turfgrass Management degree or certificate preferred
PA pesticide license or ability to obtain
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
