SEO Specialist (1-2 Years Experience)
Ignite Visibility is a leading U.S.-based digital marketing agency headquartered in San Diego, CA. We’re looking for a hungry, highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re early in your career but think like a veteran—dedicated, detail‑obsessed, and eager to learn from the best—this role is for you. You’ll work side by side with some of the brightest minds in the industry, getting hands‑on experience that accelerates your growth. What You’ll Do This is a supportive role where you’ll work closely with SEO Managers and Strategists to execute high‑impact work. Your day‑to‑day will include:
Conducting keyword research and building keyword assignments
Posting and optimizing content in WordPress and other CMS platforms
Updating page titles, meta descriptions, tags, and other on‑page SEO elements
Managing content calendars and coordinating with writers
Tracking and reporting on traffic, rankings, and campaign performance
Brainstorming blog and content ideas that drive results
Collaborating across departments (Content, Social, Development, etc.)
Supporting Account Managers with ad hoc tasks and daily project needs
Prioritizing multiple projects while maintaining high‑quality standards

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience
Agency experience preferred, but not required if you have the right drive
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment
Integrity, professionalism, and a positive, can‑do attitude
