Senior Content Creator, Photo & Video
ReMarkable Career, Dallas, TX, United States
Senior Content Creator, Photo & Video | Confidential Restaurant Group
About Our Client For over a decade, our client has defined what it means to deliver iconic, enduring hospitality experiences. With a growing portfolio of distinctive brands and markets nationwide, they are driven by a passion for craftsmanship, connection, and the pursuit of excellence. Every concept celebrates the spirit of American dining: timeless spaces, genuine warmth, and an uncompromising commitment to quality that leaves a lasting impression on every guest who walks through their doors.
About the Opportunity Our client is looking for a Senior Content Creator who lives behind the camera — someone who genuinely loves making content and can do it at a high level every single day. This is not a strategy-first or delegation-heavy role. It’s a hands‑on position for a photographer and videographer who is equally at home shooting a polished food campaign and turning around a native‑feeling Reel the same afternoon.
You’ll be creating content across ~10 distinct restaurant concepts, each with its own brand personality — from a moody old‑Hollywood steakhouse to a polished casual Americana staple to an intimate French bistro. The ability to shift your eye and your aesthetic quickly, while keeping each brand’s look and feel intact, is core to this role.
Over time, there is a real opportunity to grow into a content leadership role and help build out an in‑house team. But first and foremost, we’re looking for someone who wants to make great content — a lot of it — and takes pride in the craft.
*PLEASE NOTE: This role is based in Dallas, TX. Candidates must be open to relocating to the Dallas market.
Core Responsibilities Hands-On Content Creation
Show up ready to shoot — personally produce a high volume of photo and video content (short‑form video, still photography, social assets) for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Capture food, beverage, interiors, guest experience, lifestyle moments, and behind‑the‑scenes content with a refined, brand‑appropriate eye
Edit and deliver platform‑optimized content with speed, consistency, and attention to detail — you own the content from concept to final delivery
Brand Fluency & Visual Storytelling
Translate each brand’s personality into content that feels authentic and intentional — not templated
Shift your aesthetic fluidly across very different brand identities while keeping each concept visually distinct
Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to keep content aligned with broader brand and business goals
Contribute actively to the social editorial calendar, balancing evergreen brand content with timely, trend‑responsive moments
Social-First Mindset & Trend Fluency
Create content that feels native to each platform — you know the difference between what performs on Instagram versus TikTok and you shoot accordingly
Stay ahead of format shifts, visual trends, and audience behavior to keep content feeling current and culturally relevant
Short‑form video is a core part of your day‑to‑day, not an afterthought — you should be genuinely excited about it
Identify when a project needs expanded production and source, brief, and manage external photographers, videographers, and crews as needed
Ensure any externally produced work meets brand standards — your eye applies whether you shot it or directed someone else who did
Campaign & Launch Support
Own the visual content for new restaurant openings, seasonal launches, and brand campaigns — from planning through delivery
Balance fast‑turn daily social content with higher‑concept campaign moments without letting either suffer
Track content performance and use data to inform what you make more of, and what you evolve
Requirements
5‑8+ years of hands‑on experience in photography and video production — you are the one behind the camera, not just the one directing others
A portfolio that demonstrates both polished brand photography and strong short‑form / social‑first video content
Experience working across multiple brands or concepts, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, fashion, or retail
Strong instincts for brand aesthetics — you can look at a space or a dish and immediately know how to shoot it
Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with shifting priorities
Exceptional communication skills — you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and don’t die on the hill of any one idea
Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, in‑person environment (Monday–Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed)
Medical, Dental and Vision benefits available
Paid Time Off
Dining discounts at all concepts
Professional development and career growth
All restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July so their team can celebrate with their friends and family
