Responsibilities of the Marketing & Business Development Manager
Lead responses to
RFPs, pitches, and client presentations
Develop and implement
business development plans
Coordinate
events, conferences, sponsorships, and speaking engagements
Oversee
brand development and promotional initiatives
Manage
directory and award submissions,
including Chambers and Legal 500
Supervise members of the marketing and business development team
Qualifications for the Marketing & Business Development Manager
Bachelor’s degree or higher
7+ years of marketing or business development experience within a law firm, mandatory
Proven ability to help attorneys grow their practices and expand client relationships
Experience with
CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and websites
is a plus
Occasional travel to firm offices and events
