As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll contribute to proposal development, marketing materials, and client-facing pursuits that help position our firm competitively across the region. This role offers hands‑on experience in AEC marketing, close collaboration with technical teams, and opportunities to grow your skills in writing, design, and strategic storytelling. Location is flexible across our New England offices, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce proposals, qualification packages, and award submissions from kickoff through final delivery

Prepare and update polished and accurate resumes and project sheets that reflect the firm’s expertise and experience

Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex information into clear, compelling content

Assist with client interview preparation and presentation materials

Assist with events, conferences, and career fairs as needed

Maintain and create other miscellaneous marketing materials such as business cards and conference materials

Skills and Abilities

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively

Able to maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment

Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team

Team‑oriented, willing to support colleagues and ask for help when needed

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

1‑3 years of relevant AEC marketing experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign

Comfortable communicating virtually via Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is a plus
