Support Automation and Infrastructure (Kernel/QNX and Android) teams
Write features and user stories with clear DoD and acceptance criteria
Link features to product requirements.
Prioritize stories the teams will work on each sprint
Refine backlog stories with engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategy
Collaborate with Scrum Master and Engineering Leads to drive predictable, iteration-based delivery
Coordinate with Sr Automation Engineers to drive Automation scrum iterations
Serve as liaison between engineering team and product/program stakeholders
Ability to fully understand development terminologies and effectively drive development‑centric activities.
Candidates with stronger development‑facing experience should be prioritized to minimize ramp‑up time and ensure adequate exposure to development processes.

mandatory experience.
Work closely with
Android platform engineers, QNX/Linux teams, Qualcomm chipset specialists, and virtualization architects.
Understand the automation framework architecture (hardware abstraction, virtualized interfaces, DUT orchestration, reporting pipelines).
Write clear, well-structured epics, features, and user stories for automation tooling, framework improvements, APIs, and test execution workflows.
Refine backlog items with engineering teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with the automation strategy.
Collaborate with Scrum Master and Engineering Lead to drive predictable, sprint-based delivery.
Key Responsibilities Product Leadership & Strategy
Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Automation Framework for virtualized Android- and Linux-based IFE systems.
Prioritize automation features and capabilities based on business value, technical feasibility, team capacity, and program timelines.
Define KPIs for automation coverage, stability, efficiency, and adoption across multiple platform teams.
Guide the team on automation needs for:
Linux and QNX subsystems
Qualcomm SOM-based hardware
IFE system integration and certification workflows
