This position is responsible for a number of administrative and accountability-related duties related to the contract and subcontractor management function. The role focuses on subcontractor and vendor onboarding, data entry, system setup, and compliance tracking throughout the contractor‑subcontractor relationship lifecycle.

What you’ll do
Manage the Subcontractor/Vendor Onboarding, Setup and Maintenance function throughout the lifecycle.
Ensure acquisition and validation of required subcontractor qualification documentation, agreements, insurance, immigration and regulatory compliance.
Collect and review insurance certificates and policies, track renewals and maintain accurate records.
Submit subcontractor documentation to customers/engineers for approval prior to work assignment.
Receive, process, update and maintain subcontractor‑related data (I9 compliance, contracts, pricing agreements, certificates of insurance, etc.).
Provide company insurance documentation to external stakeholders.
Communicate with other departments to facilitate customer, vendor, sub‑vendor and project setups.
Serve as backup to other personnel in the contract management department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
High School diploma or GED.
2–4 years of insurance and/or contractual background experience.
Proficient PDF editing and data entry skills; intermediate use of word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and cloud‑based software.
Working knowledge of Google Suite.
Experience with Avetta program preferred.
Experience in SAP preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

The wage range for Sub‑Contract Contract Management Specialist is $21.00 - $23.00.
