
Customer Support Specialist (Email & Chat)

Insight Global is hiring Customer Support Specialist (Email & Chat). This role focuses on high‑volume, email‑based customer support with an emphasis on account safety, fraud‑related issues, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑first, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage ~40 customer email tickets per day via Zendesk, providing clear and timely support
Handle general platform and account inquiries
Investigate account restrictions, suspicious activity, and potential fraud; gather details and elevate as needed
Monitor urgent or compromised account cases and take action to protect users
Support FIAT‑related issues such as bank transfers, linked accounts, and deposit/withdrawal flows
Provide basic support for crypto transfers (crypto knowledge a plus)
Follow SOPs and participate in QA to maintain service quality
Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to improve workflows and resolve complex cases
Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a client‑facing environment (email and live chat support strongly preferred).
Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM platforms.
The compensation for this role is $27 per hour.
