Business Development & Marketing Operations Coordinator

in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will help systematize the firm’s business development efforts by strengthening CPA referral relationships, managing structured outreach and CRM-driven campaigns, coordinating events, and ensuring consistent communication with clients and prospects. This is

not a creative branding role

– it is a disciplined execution position focused on increasing meeting flow, improving pipeline visibility, and ensuring outreach processes run accurately, compliantly, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who

well-defined processes end-to-end , and takes pride in

precision, organization, and follow-through . This is a great opportunity to work closely with leadership and directly impact referral engagement and new prospect meetings through disciplined, repeatable outreach.

Business Development & Marketing Operations Coordinator (Wealth Advisory Firm) Responsibilities

Draft personalized outreach emails using approved templates and sequences

Manage prospect nurture workflows and segmented email campaigns

Coordinate outreach and follow-up cadence with CPA partners and referral sources

Format and distribute monthly market letters and shorter email touchpoints

Update website content and support a consistent, professional LinkedIn presence

Coordinate client and CPA events, including invites, tracking, and follow-up

Organize CPA roundtables and educational events to drive referral growth

Maintain CRM workflows, pipeline tracking, and follow-up reminders

Monitor open rates, response rates, and CPA partner engagement metrics

Track referral activity, meeting conversions, and pipeline value metricsReport on business development performance and outreach effectiveness

Business Development & Marketing Operations Coordinator (Wealth Advisory Firm) Qualifications

2+ years of marketing or business development support experience required

Experience in professional services preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools required

Strong written communication with a polished, client-facing style required
