Pro Strategist Base pay: $75,000 annually, up to $30,000 variable, total potential OTE of $105,000.

As a Pro Strategist at Feathr, you’ll play a vital part in our mission to deliver unparalleled digital marketing solutions to nonprofits. You’ll be a key contributor on a team that’s reshaping how nonprofits nurture and engage their communities. You serve as the bridge between Feathr and our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, understanding their unique needs, and driving their success by serving as subject‑matter expert and guide.

You will inspire and empower our customers by offering strategic insights, expert technical guidance, and dedicated coaching, fostering a productive and outstanding customer experience that drives exceptional outcomes.

Your Experience

3+ years experience working in a customer relationship management role

2+ years experience developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns

1+ years of account management across multiple simultaneous customer relationships

Proven experience consulting, training, or advising customers

Your Qualities

Proactive: use foresight and planning to anticipate roadblocks; overcommunicate and share information clearly.

Relationship Management: build connections and positive relationships with customers that contribute to service retention.

Clarity: adjust communication toward audience; use simple communications and ask questions to gauge understanding; translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.

Organized: strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow‑through skills.

Marketing Subject Matter Expert: apply evolving marketing best practices to customer’s campaign strategies, personal workflows, and conversations in alignment with Feathr’s positioning.

Your Day

Become a Feathr product expert and strategic adviser.

Guide customers on how to creatively and productively utilize the Feathr app to amplify their marketing efforts.

Assist customers in developing skills to independently create and manage campaign plans based on their goals.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.

Deliver virtual strategy sessions or training and email communication to customers.

Track account progress and status updates in Salesforce and Planhat.

Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members at Feathr to ensure customer renewal.

Create and lead customer business reviews to highlight value with Feathr, and uncover risk and growth opportunities.

Location This role is open to remote candidates located within the United States, with a preference for those in the EST or CST time zones. There is also an option to work from our headquarters in Gainesville, FL.

Each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice.

HR Information Screen – 15‑minute virtual interview focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and questions.

Work Assignment + Manager Interview – Work assignment prompt to complete a project within 90 minutes; followed by a 45‑minute virtual manager interview.

Panel Interview – 60‑minute interview with two to three key members of the team, diving deeper into role, technical knowledge, and requirements.

Offer – Talent Acquisition Team will discuss offer details with candidate.
