Compensation:
Up to $125K base +
uncapped commission structure
About the Role We’re seeking a
Business Development Manager
to join our Seattle, WA office and drive growth across audit, tax, and client advisory services. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with partners and leadership locally, while being part of a
national BD team of ~25 professionals.
As the
primary BD contact in Bellevue , you’ll play a critical role in expanding client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in financial services.
Partner with local leadership and national BD team to identify opportunities.
Build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years
of direct sales or business development experience.
Background in
professional services or CPA firm
(current or prior).
Proven success in
sales-focused roles .
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
