Summary
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer for a hands‑on, hybrid role supporting digital product and communication initiatives. Candidates must have extensive experience in UX/UI design within Agile environments and be comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
Design and refine UX/UI for digital products.
Create and update Figma templates and components.
Extend existing design systems.
Translate feedback into design improvements.
Support various UX/UI tasks (non‑coding).
Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams.
Requirements
Senior‑level UX/UI design experience.
Demonstrated success in highly hands‑on, detail‑oriented roles.
Background in product and Agile development.
Expertise in Figma.
Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals.
Excellent communication skills.
This is a 6‑month hybrid onsite Contract opportunity with our MN client.
