The Encompass Group is partnering with our client who is a leading architectural and engineering based in Fort Worth, TX. They have been delivering high-quality designs across many industries and are seeking an Entry-Level Architectural Designer to join their growing team!
Job Description:
Develop and refine schematic design concepts in collaboration with the design team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Prepare detailed construction document (CD) sets, coordinating architectural drawings and specifications for permitting and construction.
Use Revit to create and manage 3D models, integrating design changes and ensuring accuracy across project phases.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary technical information and resolve design-related challenges.
Monitor project schedules and document progress, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
