Corporate Events & Marketing Manager

The Corporate Events & Marketing Manager plays a key role in bringing marketing initiatives and company-wide events to life across all business lines. This role balances hands‑on event execution with broader marketing support—collaborating closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, the heads of Retail and Wholesale Marketing, and the broader marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns, programs, and experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, agile, creative, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution

Partner with the heads of Retail and Wholesale Marketing to develop and manage a comprehensive annual events plan.

Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of corporate events including sales kickoffs, incentive trips, tradeshows, webinars, and employee engagement events.

Build project timelines and budgets for each event, keeping all deliverables on track and within scope.

Deliver post‑event recaps with key takeaways and recommendations for future improvement.

Marketing Support & Initiatives

Work alongside the Senior Director of Marketing on corporate marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company‑wide projects.

Support the marketing team with project coordination, campaign execution, and cross‑functional marketing programs across all business lines.

Assist in the development and delivery of marketing materials, communications, and content that align with brand standards and business goals.

Help manage marketing project timelines and priorities in Asana, ensuring deliverables stay on track across the team.

Source and manage relationships with venues, vendors, caterers, AV teams, and other event partners.

Oversee all logistics including travel, accommodations, registration, materials, and on‑site execution.

Track event budgets and expenditures, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness at every stage.

Coordinate with internal teams on event materials, presentations, signage, and swag that reflect brand standards.

Serve as a central point of contact for event and project communications, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

Foster a culture of collaboration, clear communication, and proactive problem solving across departments.

Process & Reporting

Maintain a centralized events calendar and project documentation in Asana to support visibility and team alignment.

Track and report on event and marketing project performance, budget outcomes, and key results to leadership.

Continuously evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to increase team efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in event management, marketing coordination, or a related field—OR a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

Proven ability to manage and execute a variety of events alongside broader marketing projects and initiatives.

Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communicator and collaborator with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.

Creative and agile—able to adapt quickly and contribute ideas across both events and marketing functions.

Experience with budget management, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional project execution.

Proficiency in Asana and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint); familiarity with virtual event platforms a plus.
