A crucial piece of Experiment’s marketing engine is how our brand shows up across channels, from product launches to influencer partnerships to retail activations. We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support Team X in bringing the brand to life across platforms (and in a timely fashion)!

This role will help drive the day-to-day execution behind evergreen moments, launches, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is excited to coordinate projects across teams, contribute creative ideas and copy, and help keep the marketing engine running smoothly.

This is a full-time role that will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and will be based in NYC on a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in-office, 2 days WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help bring brand marketing moments to life across channels, from product launches and campaigns to retailer activations and influencer collaborations

Coordinate across all areas of the marketing funnel to keep projects moving

Contribute creative ideas and write copy that brings launches, evergreen content, and key brand moments to life across channels

Support influencer gifting and partnerships while building and maintaining thoughtful relationships with creators

Help keep the marketing engine running by tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and supporting day-to-day operations across the team

Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with internal teams and external partners

Help build our Lab Rat community by engaging with and monitoring UGC, DMs, and comments across Instagram and TikTok

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree

1+ year of experience supporting marketing teams, ideally within the beauty industry

Passion for brand marketing with your finger on the pulse of standout campaigns and cultural moments

Strong understanding of the social landscape, particularly Instagram and TikTok

You may be described as a little type-A! Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and collaborate cross-functionally

Intuitive understanding of the beauty and skincare industry

Strong organizational and communication skills

Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Curious attitude and eager to learn

Excited to help build a chemist-backed brand with a unique, unexpected voice in the industry

SALARY RANGE: $60k - $65k
